New Zealand- Day 3 (9/6/23)

QUEENSTOWN

Awww wow what an amazing day today has been !!!

I had a bit of a lie in first lie in in AGES I felt bad but also I do be sleepy. I woke at 9:30 and I got all ready and went to the lake (! Everything is close to everything in queenstown it seems haha) caught up with mum and dad and got myself a cwaffeeeeee which was lavley

THEN in ANOTHER crazy turn of events a German man Moritz I met in Hawaii IS IN QUEENSTOWN!!! What a crazy world we live in ahhaa it’s making the world seem so small hahaha this is the seccond time I’ve met up with someone from Hawaii in another place of the world hahaha. SO we decided to a hike together which was brillaint we did the Queenstown Hill which is one I really wanted to do !

It was so beautiful up there we spent ages just taking it all in. We could see the airport and we were watching planes take off and land which was so cool

I really do feel like this trip is a dream come true. I feel like that moment in tangled where he goes now is the most exciting part you get to find a new dream WOOOOO hahaha. Look at me all sentimental

I had a full circle moment where I was looking at my shoes hahaha I shall try tell, bare with me haha . These docks are the first thing i ever bought with my first ever pay check (I got paid to sing in a concert when I was like 15 and all I wanted was docks haha so I spent it all on these lol ) and NOW these are the shoes I’m wearing as I travel the world with all the money I’ve ever saved haha . I don’t know it feels special haha maybe I’m crazy. Look at me all nostalgic

All the way the walk we were like that burger is calling our name hahaha. Nothing like a burger after a walk. Apparently this is 32nd best burger in the world and number 1 in New Zealand ! I can only ponder if it’s true. But my taste buds think it is. Look at me all hungry

I then went back to the hostel and had a really hot shower for ages because I was freezing ahahha was Lovley to have a nice shower though !

I then left to do a walk around the lake for sunset. It’s so beautiful !!!

After this I got back to the hostel and met my a Lovley French lady Tiphaine and we decided to go to the ice bar together. As you do in winter time to warm up. Hahaha

I think it was -12 the cocktails were SO taisty but they froze and became slushies it was so funny
Thinking of you Amy Wong ❤️ the last ice bar I was in was in Rome with Amy and we started eating the ice cups 😭

After the ice bar we went into the bar next door which was cowboy themed it was SO COOL and so funny haha. I think every pub should have a buck en bronkhole (you know what I mean I can’t spell hahahah) it is literally such good entertainment I was crying laughing at some peoples falls hahahah

Someone needs to do a psychological assessment as to why I let go !!! My brain had an utter fart it seemed

Went to a dance floor to boogie which was good fun. There was a fireplace( in a club? I hear you say ) which was nice coz it was cold but also now my clothes smell like flames HA

Got back to the hostel not too late and went to bed !!! WHAT A DAY ! Oh so very grateful indeed Forever punching myself (Woops auto correct haha *pinching , maybe I do need a punch to make it seem real though hahahah )

  2. This was one of the most exciting episodes yet. Sorry, I took a break in order to watch “Marcel the shell with the shoes on”, and I very much enjoyed it.
